Romance, intrigue, dark, erotic this first book from this new to me author had it all. Looking forward to the next instalment.
Zeus is here
Get ready for a new obsession, a new book boyfriend that will have you encounter adrenaline spikes all over your body. It’s an erotic drama filled with romance.
I seriously couldn’t put this book down. From the very beginning, Amelia had me hooked with suspense. Meeting Zeus the alpha hero in this story commanded my attention as his powerful presence entered the pages. His known for his infamous parties and when sweet, naive Bridgit walks into his domaine, she has no idea what she has battered her soul for because Zeus ain’t any normal mortal. His demanding and cruel and reads people so well but Bridgit is no open book. He can’t read her and for the first time this entices Zeus in more ways than his willing to admit.
Get ready to meet two opposites in every way that will leave you feeling hot and bothered and shivering with so much need. What a ride
Maybe he isn’t the one she should run to
If you like a bit of dark in your romance, then this might be just one you are looking for. Brigit needs to escape, from being forced into an arranged marriage she doesn't want, so the only way she can avoid it is to go to a brothel run by Zeus, because she doesn't really trust his brother who runs the mountain (the other possible place to flee to). She is prepared to sell her body, and Zeus finds himself wanting to her, more than he normally wants a female. Will Zeus be as cruel as she has heard? I loved Zeus and Brigit, Zeus has his darkness, but he isn't as cruel and dark as his father was. I will be needing to read the next book, because this one has left me hanging for more. I am voluntarily reviewing a copy I received, and giving my thoughts and opinions on it.
