Runaway Princesses Runaway Princesses

Publisher Description

Once upon a time, twin Princesses Biscottini (little biscuit) and Bruschetta (brunch) are unsure of their destiny as their mother always sighs and wishes for a son to rule.
Spunky girls decide to forge a new pathway and run away from their lavish life style into the unknown, seeking true friends and a new life. Their silly little plan works and they are ecstatic to make their way into the big wide world without a care!
Before they are exhausted with running from danger and discarding their fancy dresses, a town emerges, called Hunchytown, where rooms are low because of lack of building materials. After a day working to clean rocks, they are surprised when everyone disappears. Feeling scared they are taken into a house by a fine woman, Mrs Redhair, who is worried for their safety. As their new life unfolds, the princesses decide to return to their parents, King Onion and Queen Broccoli, but are prevented because of dirty fingernails.
Resigned to their destiny, they make a home with Mrs Redhair and her 4 other children, who love their new adopted sisters. Finally, a discovery is made and the whole family must make a difficult journey through the woods back to the Castle on a hill. Many exciting things happen and they are in danger of being mistaken for intruders. But fate takes its hand and the family gain an interview with the King and Queen... What happens next is very exciting and brings this journey to a happy ending.
(This will help children to stay at home and learn to appreciate what they have; also this story will help children to be kind to less fortunate children; also obedience to rules and the chance to try again are some of the lessons in this story. The importance of eating and having food is also a topic covered in this title. This was the original title created. Since 2010 extra pictures enlighten the story (original drawings in graphic form). There are two other titles in this series, in rhyme for ease of reading for younger children (boys and girls), and another story about how the princesses chase a dragon and save their Kingdom from darkness. Runaway Princesses Rainbow Rumble (Green Box) and Runaway Princesses Get a Pet.
