Brogan's quest is fueled by his past as a sex slave owned by the notorious vampire Sweet Dove. Angelica is abducted into slavery and purchased at auction by Reyes in his role as a slaver, outbidding the sadistic Damien Engles. Angelica demonstrates a less than credible adaptability to her circumstances, and she quickly agrees to pose as Reyes's slave, including accepting a supernatural bond. Contrived situations, inconsistent magical rules, and detailed but uninspired sex scenes may limit the audience.
