Saying Goodbye To Self

It’s been said: “Parting is such sweet sorrow”. Well, that depends in large part on who you’re parting from. Sometimes parting can be simply sweet without the sorrow! It can be more of a "good riddance" without the customary parting hug. "Saying goodbye to self" would qualify as the latter. This I know is true from personal experience: If God and I have a problem, I am the problem, always!
