"Scanclock" is a reworked, autobiographical work in a sciencefiction context.
In today's economy, employers demand full dedication from their employees. A trend which will only become
more extreme in the next decades.

The protagonist, Dylan Lichtberg, is the sole Customs Agent at his company's most important station.
When he has to solve crises at lightyears away from his employers, he will have to chose between his commitment and his heart.

All references contained in this book are purely fictional, but the story originates on the memoires of the author.

"Scanclock" is the first work by Ali Asnaam, and is a direct translation from the original Dutch version from and by the same author.
