SDSU McNair Cultural Cookbook

The San Diego State University’s (SDSU) Ronald E. McNair Scholars Program is honored to present the McNair Cultural Cookbook. Each scholar featured in this cookbook has prepared a recipe that has significant relevance to their culture and family history. The scholars have skillfully included vocabulary for standardize tests into their dishes’ recipes, historical backgrounds, and importance.
