Missing Chapeters
Starting from Part II, there are a large number chapters missing (five are missing in Part II alone). This seems to have happened because the text of these ebooks was copied from editions which had accompanying CDs that included these missing chapters. Without having read the chapters, I can’t really say how much their absence detracts from the book (what’s there is still very insightful), but I’m pretty dissapointed nonetheless. Thankfully I realised there were missing chapters before I bought all of the parts, so I can just buy a paper edition instead without too much money wasted
