Selling Little Pieces of Yourself

For a year and a half, 'The Nice Lady' has been selling her jewelry on eBay. With over 800 pieces sold, she maintains a 100% positive rating. Her real name is Carol but for twenty years, Arts and Crafts customers and students have called her 'The Nice Lady.' She spent nine of those years with Sarah Center ministries where she taught women how to create and market jewelry for a supplemental income. Through classes she developed, women learned to create like artists, develop their marketing images and work home-based businesses. She adapted those same principals to build her online Ebay business. The world doesn't need another book of jewelry-making techniques so wants to share the experiences and philosophies that helped an inner city ministry grow from a fledgling jewelry program to a thriving cooperative. Along with her teachings, she includes pictures of her work, copies of the poems that accompany many of her pieces and tips on how to sell on eBay.
