Laramie Briscoe delivers 5 star of awesomeness for our reading pleasure
This is my first time reading Laramie Briscoe & she has blown me away me with Isabella & Shadows story. There was just something about the way the author wrote their story that had me hooked from page 1 & I honestly could not put the book down until I had finished. Their story is gritty & you can't help fall in love with them. The chemistry between these two is off the charts but what happens when secrets come to light? Will the attraction still burn white hot or turn to ash?
I have added the author to my favourites list & can't wait to see what is written next.

Entertaining
Laramie Briscoe has once again given us a story with characters to fall hard and fast for. Shadows is a captivating journey that will appeal to a wide range of audiences. Isabella is the first in her family to attend college and she is determined to graduate as an investigative journalist but her final assignment is looking into another student who is a boxer who goes under the name of Shadows. This assignment will mean she passes or she fails so will Bella be strong enough to find the dirt once feelings come into play…….. Shadows has secrets and it’s going to take a very special person to get him to trust enough for him to open up with the past that he has hidden for so long so will he trust Bella….. Can this couple get past the lies and secrets and more importantly will Bella break his trust in order to graduate. One click to find out.
Roller Coaster
I enjoyed reading Shadows. It had me feeling a roller coaster of emotions. Stress from Izzy regarding the ultimatum her boss gave her. Compassion for Shadows for the situation he finds himself in. Both of them fighting for what’s important, family!
