It is 4am and I have cried tears of joy and sorrow!!! This book was absolutely bitter sweet.
The beautiful novel reminded me of how hard love is. As a daughter, a lover and a friend.
Brilliant
Wow just wow. I read this in a day I couldn’t put it down. Just a wonderful book. The storyline was brilliant and so compelling. Rich characters with great thoughtful writing. An amazing insight into the world of religion. I think Tanya’s writing just gets better and better.
Shards of you and me a must read for all
I received an ARC of this book from Tanya Bird, every time I read one of Tanya’s books I think it is the best. This book is no different, once I started reading I couldn’t put the book down. Tanya has a way of making you feel part of the story, you feel all the emotions, from tears to laughter.
I loved Hunter and Annie’s story, the struggles Annie had with her faith and upbringing in the Jehovah’s Witness faith and Hunter with his alcoholic father and the loss of his mother.
Their journey to happiness was a rollercoaster of emotions.
I can’t wait to see what Tanya writes next.
