Shiva's Legacy

Dr. Madeline Ortega, Professor of Anthropology and gifted archaeologist, joins a team of scientists investigating three enigmatic objects just discovered on the other side of the Galaxy. By 2316, humanity has overcome the speed-of-light limitation to space travel and has been exploring for eighty years without ever encountering other intelligent life. But the thirty-meter tall, blue ovoids on the earth-like planet, Shiva-2, seem distinctly unnatural. They have properties unlike any other known matter.
