Publisher Description

The Western mind balks at the notion of a "goal-less" practice.Yet when we overcome hesitation and practice meditation despite its apparent "impracticality," where no end-product is being pursued, something, indeed, is produced - an invisible inner calm, a piercing sense of intuitive perception, a general air of "luminosity" of which we, ourselves, may not even be aware. What is going on here?

This is a pamphlet not a book

Disappointing. More of a pamphlet than a book. It should really be free for the amount of useful information it gives. This book does not give any insight into how one might go about meditating to do nothing, or overcoming the obstacles one might face.

What a crock

$0.99 for 13 pages of something you could have googled. I want my money back, definitely feel like I've been ripped off. Karma will come for you.
