Young Tucker Rawlinss childhood is cut short after being in the wrong place at the right time. Hes only sixteen years young and is about to spend nine years of his childhood life in a federal juvenile correctional camp, where he ends up meeting three friends who all become more like his brothers. They start a pact, promising to take over the streets and to get back everything that was taken from them as kids.
