Solitary Creatures

Strip the world of its colour and only horror exists . . .

When you run out of road, all that remains is to journey into the dark . . .

What you might find there is anyone's guess. For a world without light is shadowy, uncertain, a nightmarish examination of the soul.

Dig deep and you might see members of an arctic research station spiralling out of control; an ageing astronaut finally revealing the true nature of the moon; an exorcist's assistant attempting to reconcile his faith; and the pressures driving a normal working man to the very rim of sanity and beyond.

Take a trip into the curious universe of James Cooper's Solitary Creatures and you will sift through the ashes of 18 devastating new tales, each one designed to distort  your accepted perspective of the world.
