Cursed with bad judgement but lucky with friends.
Jack Spirelli runs a pawnshop as well as dabbling as a paranormal P.I. He is blessed with a young, female dragon-shifter assistant, although he has no idea why she wants to work with him. He makes bad decisions which lead into dangerous trouble but somehow with the help of Malin and several other friends, manages to survive.
