This book isn’t written to give you anything other than an insight to what a mans mental health can look like, I’m not a physician nor do I claim to be anywhere in this book but I hope by reading this whether its you that’s suffering or someone you know it gives you an idea of what it feels like and that there is a silver lining to what can be at times a very dark and lonely place.
