Staging Areas

Up until now, Cynthia Veil has been proactive in seeking firsthand experiences. However, as she turns 14, Cyndi realizes she's facing tougher decisions and must make greater sacrifices. Her world becomes more cluttered and complicated with the arrival of the new boy next door, Robert McKellen. To add to her challenges, one of Cyndi's closest friends begins to distance herself after an unsettling encounter with Cynthia's grandfather, who is struggling with cognitive decline.
