Stardust

Still scary and funny.

It's good to follow an ongoing story across so many books. I don't have many criticisms for the author except that it's strange that after 1000 years, his characters are still using imperial measurements instead of the metric system, in a future that doesn't include the USA. And in all of his many books, there are only heterosexual relationships and no Queer characters except for one man who is briefly mentioned, a potential rapist, who is immediately killed. So I do recommend this author but I wish he would include more diversity. And I would expect more language diversity in a future universe, than only 21st century North American English. So perhaps the author needs to realise that his audience is more diverse than straight American people.
