A bit choppy, strange place to end a book
I found the book jumped around a bit and it felt like some details where missing. It finished with a lot of unanswered questions. There wasn’t a “cliff hanger” as such, just no answers yet, like maybe it was the middle of a book.
I did enjoy the characters.
Disappointing
This author doesn't know her own characters. In one instance there was an altercation between the main character and a professor Murdoch; but a few chapters later the professor's name had changed to Hathaway... And that is only one example.
Too much of the writing was detailing frivolous things and not getting to the point.
This book had so much potential and a great initial story line so I'm quite disappointed sorry :(
