What an intense, beautifully written story! The second book in the Sworn Navy SEALs series sees Navy SEAL Julian “Joker” Desmond letting down his guard when he meets music therapist Sam Campbell. A one night stand has Joker aching for more, more of the woman who has stolen his heart and filled his life with more than he ever thought possible. Sam is trying to protect him and his band of brothers from her dark past and yet the closer these two get, the more she learns to trust him. I absolutely loved this story, it was so intense and dark and light and real. Despite the odds these two are made for each other and I couldn’t stop reading it to get to the end! I can’t wait for more of these incredible characters and their stories. Thanks to Tule publishing for sharing this amazing book with me early.
