Life Changing
This book tends to find you when you need it. I had just been diagnosed with a mass on the brain and given months to live when recommended this book. My wife and I spent five days solid reading it together before I went into surgery.
Our entire outlook changed and I was able to move forward positively with the understandings this book provided. My surgery no longer held any fear and indeed I believe we were able to positively effect the outcome. No longer was I dealing with a high grade tuberous growth but an abscess. Still very serious but most definitely not cancerous.
I'm not saying this book will cure cancer, but my outcome was overwhelmingly positive as opposed to the morose initial diagnosis. Certainly reading this book moved me physically, emotionally and mentally into a place I could handle anything. At times I felt so close to the answer of everything, but lacked the ability to meditate to achieve complete fulfilment.
Now I am on the road to recovery, I find the book difficult to read, so again I say, this book will find you in your hour if need. Well written and with good science interwoven, I recommend it to everyone.
