Take the Shot

This is my true story of my battles with social anxiety and depression. Through this book, I relive my most stressful and terrifying moments from dealing with mental illness between my late high school years, into post high school life. This novella is not written by an author, a therapist, or a doctor who know the science behind why mental illnesses exist. I’m just a normal guy who has dealt with them himself. This book is in no way perfect, but it is my hope that one person out there can be helped or learn from my failures caused by my anxiety. You are not alone!
