I loved everything about this book; from the first chapter to the last I was totally all in and couldn’t wait to find out what happened.
Oh what a tangled web we weave when we practice to deceive. Peyton Bishop has no idea that the little white lie she told her parents a year ago, is about to come back and bite her in a big way.
Leo Stone is a confirmed bachelor, he doesn’t believe in happily ever after; left at the altar by the woman he loved, he has no time for love or relationships. To him life is all about having a good time, hooking up with no strings attached.
That is until Peyton asks him to pretend to be her boyfriend (with benefits) for a couple of weeks o. Leo is intrigued and agrees, after all what’s the worst that could happen?
The chemistry between Leo and Peyton is intense and it was amusing to watch as their “pretend” relationship morphed in to so much more. I fell hard and fast for Leon, he stepped up to the plate and embraced the role that Peyton asked him to fulfil.
I thoroughly enjoyed Tall, Dark and Irresistible and cannot wait to read more in the series.
