Ten Commandments for Church Reform

The autobiography of a Catholic priest and theologian who has spent a lifetime advocating for the reform of several outdated policies and practices of the Church. Born in Indonesia in 1935, he was in a Japanese POW camp with his family for four years, starting at age six. Ordained a priest when he was 23, he served for 14 years as a Mill Hill Missionary in India, where he was a professor and lecturer in a Catholic seminary. A prolific writer of Christian literature and film scripts, he was the founder and director of a center for faith formation in London, which continues today as the Wijngaards Institute for Catholic Research.
