Another beautiful book by Jessica Sepel. I have all of her books and decided to buy this one as an iBook so I can access it anywhere in the world I am and have her lovely philosophy and recipes easily accessible on my iPad. It’s a beautiful book (retains its beauty in book form), excellent photography, and delicious recipes (major fan of the cauliflower and butter bean mash). She has such a balanced and healthy view of wellbeing, and as a nutritionist I really believe she’s an excellent role model for everyone. Her vitamins are also so well formulated. Excellent purchase!
