APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
Gary Chapman's groundbreaking book has a simple message: Expressing love is vital for the health of any relationship, but saying “I love you” doesn’t always cut it. He uses real-life examples to illustrate his five “love languages” (sharing quality time, exchanging gifts, acting selflessly, touching, and using affirmative language) and lays out exercises for couples to figure out which ones they speak. The result? An easy and satisfying roadmap toward mutual understanding.

FAVORITE BOOK SO FAR
I’m not a reader. I can say I like to read personal growth books such as hello fears, the secret, the little black book, the fourth agreements, think like a monk. All of them, have changed my life in that moment. But this book, I wanted to read it since maybe 2 years ago. I started reading it because I wanted to give up “scrolling” and invest my time while on the train or bus or walking home on something nourishing. I’ve decided to start with this book. And I have read it in 2 weeks, while in the bus. I haven’t cry so much with a book, I haven’t feel seen in maybe never, I haven’t feel this warm in ages. This book gets me, holds me, pampers me. I’m so grateful for this book in the world. I’m a true believer that we all can change if we want to. I have faith until the end with everyone in my life. Sometimes that the issue. But here it enhanced my point. Not because a relationship seems too dark, means that you cannot work for it. But it needs to be together to bring out the best of the relationship. Thank you so much for the best 2 weeks. I can’t stop crying. To Gary, From Erika

I liked to think I wouldn’t ever be reading something like this, as I’m sure most guys would, but when you’ve messed up bad and want to get the woman (or man) you love back then you’ll do whatever it takes. Going in you can guess a lot of the cliche things that’ll be said, lots of glorified expressions, terms and phrases that the author makes up to sound different, it all sounds dumb but when you tell the voice in your head that says “this is stupid” to be quiet there are some helpful things in here. I’m sure there are other books out there that explain the exact same thing but in different words, but this one is alright. Could have got my help somewhere else but this was the book the woman I love recommend I read and so I did. 3/5 for the glorification that the author used for their method and the weird descriptions to mask the good information
