Great rewrite of the original 80/20 book. Lots of well written and researched content - it covers everything from food through to exercise, with some very tasty recipes in between. Gorgeous photography really brings the food to life - I wanted to eat my iPad!
This is a fun way to eat
This book is a refreshing change to diet advice. I love the focus on tasty, filling food and good nutrition...not a fad approach. I've learnt so much. Not just about how to eat, but how to make interesting and easy substitutes to my cooking that I would never of thought of. This is fun, interesting and I'm eating the most fantastic food while my weight is now right in control. I can't recommend this enough
I love this book! Clear, easy to follow info, plus healthy recipes that taste great and are simple to prepare. Any 'diet' book that still manages to have chocolate cake in it gets my vote :)
