For as long as he could remember, Fitzwilliam Darcy had dealt with the schemes of his identical twin Alexander and Pemberley's steward's son, George Wickham, who did all in their power to prove him unworthy of being George Darcy's heir. Jealous that Fitzwilliam had been born first, Alexander had found purpose in tormenting his reticent brother in every conceivable way.
