Brilliant! Definitely worth the money!
For some reason I was a little hesitant to buy this book, but I am amazed about how fantastic it is! It's so informative, thoroughly prepared and the variation of meal/snack ideas is excellent! Can't wait to start trying some of the more than 200 recipes!
This book is going to make healthy eating fun and exciting!
Thanks Kayla ☺️❤️
Too expensive to follow
I followed this meal plan. The four meals 7 days a week can be really time consuming if you follow it to the letter. Why does a healthy lunch need to be so complicated? Buying all of the ingredients is painfully expensive. Some of the meals are unrealistic for eg “x number of grapes”. Although the meals are definitely nutritious and most of them taste pretty good, it’s far too complicated to realistically follow.
I love the easy to read format and fantastic images. The book contains some really useful tips, such as fridge organisation and the difference between weighing raw and cooked foods. The big difference between other health books is that this one offers "swap out" recipes, so that if you don't like something you can change it without compromising your daily nutrition.
