Publisher Description
All’s fair in love and business.
Billionaire Jackson Croft refuses to let anything interfere with his merger and marriage plans. His merger. His brother’s marriage. When Emory Barrington returns to Castle Ridge and catches his younger brother’s attention, Jackson needs to take drastic steps to stop the flirtation. Even if it means using himself as bait.
As a child Emory was infatuated with the younger Croft brother, so when he invites her to a party she can’t resist. Until Jackson interrupts their dance, tries to bribe her, and then steals a kiss. A kiss that vibrates to her soul.
To make up for the attempted bribe, Jackson offers her a job decorating his Denver penthouse. She’s just starting her interior design firm and can’t turn the business away even if it means working closely with the billionaire. The project turnaround is fast and the attraction between Emory and Jackson grows faster. She believes she sees the real man beneath the façade, but when she learns of his double-dealing her heart can’t take the betrayal.
In this take on the Sabrina story, can deception lead to love?

Q-What makes the Castle Ridge series special?
A-All the books are written with heart. I’ve combined my love of Colorado with my love of small town life with my love of romance. The characters are strong and independent, and the last thing they’re looking for is love. But that’s exactly what they find in Castle Ridge! I hope you do too!
Q-What order should the books be read in?
A-You can read the books in any order. Every Castle Ridge book is a stand-alone story with all the threads tied up by the end of each book. If you’d like to be introduced to the characters before they star in their own story, I suggest the following order: The Romance Dance, The Christmas Match, The Flirtation Game, The Playboy Switch, and The Billionaire’s Ploy.
Q-Why should readers give these books a try?
A- If you like contemporary small town romances with heat and heart, then the Castle Ridge books are for you. This Colorado mountain town has it all: bad boys, professional athletes, self made men, strong women, tortured heroes and heroines, playboys, billionaires, and the families around them. Their stories encompass secret babies, second chances, redemption, unrequited love, reunion stories, mistaken identities, and even a television reality show.
Customer Reviews
This Billionaire needs redeeming
I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. 3 1/2 stars. This one does contain more adult content than I remember in some of the authors previous books.
Ah Jackson, Jackson, Jackson, Jackson.
There were times when Jackson was just so frustrating, life is not all about business Jackson. Emory handles everything with grace even if she doesn't realise it.
Emory has grown so much since she was last home. After a relationship debacle in Spain she returns home to start her own interior design business and live her own life with a bit of fun thrown in. Of course her teenage crush and Jacksons younger brother Ryder shows interest in her (after his own heartbreak) she gets a little swept away. After all Ryder is all about fun.
Jackson is ruthless in business. He manipulates, connives and takes whatever steps he needs to in order to get the outcome he wants. What happens when what he needs and wants is something he doesn't think he'll ever deserve? After intervening between Emory and Ryder for business purposes, and finding a new low for himself, he manipulates Emory to keep her away from Ryder.
However with Emory close Jackson rediscovers his art. Emory sees more in Jackson than he recognises. Jackson has always been interested in Emory but can he be honest enough to admit it?
Enjoyed the ending. Ryder stuns Jackson with his insight and thoughtfulness. Emory makes a demand of her own.
