The Book of Senja

This is the story of the communities on Senja, from the past to the present. What did they look like in the old days? How have these communities changed and developed? How are they tackling the modern situation? Short texts and many photographs tell something of the history and variety on Senja – the communities, the scenery, the people.

Ronny Trælvik is from the island Senja in Troms (Norway) and has written several books, including local history, humour, poetry, crime and biography.
