Must read for first time parents

The further I get into my parenting journey the more I realise the way I was brought up impacts my parenting style. This book is great at giving real life examples and guidance on what to do and what not to do so you can break the cycle and be ok with being emotionally available to your children. I will definitely be re-reading this over the years to come!
