The Canary

Amaya Parker is a teenage music sensation. She went from performing in bars, to selling out arenas, to winning a Grammy, all within the same year. However, the rising star didn’t always live an extraordinary life. Amaya grew up in Belmont, Montana, a town barely big enough to fit onto a map. As a publicity stunt to promote the release of her upcoming album, Amaya returns to her roots to perform a hometown concert. Soon after the concert ends, Amaya is kidnapped. In order to survive, Amaya has to learn to think about others before she thinks about herself.
