The "Complete" body opponent bag book
The title is misleading at best.
This book is an incredibly basic way of delivering information, at around 250 pages the content is minuscule, and sandwiched economically between an almost 50 page introduction expanding on what would be the typical instruction booklet for the actual body opponent bag, and very lengthy 40+ page glossary at the end followed by image focused representations of the author and plugs for his other works.
Many of the pages are photos, with numbers saying what strike to use and where for training, and that is the most relevant information in the entire book. All of which gives an impression of filler from someone who supposedly has expansive knowledge, it's disappointing that none of that expertise seems to be communicated in his work here.
The price asked for the book in a paperback would potentially satisfy someone with no knowledge, but it's short chapters and conjecture about his opinions completely drown the quality information out.
I finished reading the entire book in less than 40 minutes, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
