The Contemporary Goddess

‘The contemporary Goddess’ is today’s woman, able to understand and integrate with freedom and peacefulness all of her different sides, represented by seven female archetypes: Artemis, Athena, Hestia, Hera, Demeter, Persephone and Aphrodite.      

Cristina Gandini, multimedia artist, shows with clarity this diverse Pantheon, with the aim to give the readers a tool for a better comprehension of self and of the relations with others. The book contains poetry, paintings and music. The music was composed by the psychedelic ambient band Fungus Ganesh, which composed seven songs to represent each archetype.

This book is a fascinating journey between words, colors and sound, to the discovery of the female figure.
