DR. AKI HINTSA (born 1958) is a specialist in Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgery, who worked for eleven years as a coach and chief medical officer at the Formula 1 paddocks. His philosophy is based on the idea of preventive measures, in other words, preventing ailments before they even occur.
OSKARI SAARI (born 1975) is a producer and a non-fiction author, who has been an F1 commentator on Finnish TV since 2004.

Insightful Read
I enjoyed reading this whole book and at times couldn't put it down. I believe anyone who is willing will take away and learn something from this. Highly recommend spending the time to read this.
Out of death comes reality
Watching F1 recently, one of the commentators talked of Aki Hintsa's death and the impact his work had made on most F1 drivers and teams in recent years. I had lost my medium sized business of 25 years, just days earlier.
At that moment everything except my marriage and family was at zero. I downloaded "The Core" there and then (hoping my internet card wouldn't bounce) and here we are weeks later.
On the road to recovery across all elements of my life including re-invigorating taking my marriage to greater heights.
As a business executive in my situation you get to reflect on the past a lot. Here's to the next twenty years starting from scratch only this time I have a secret weapon, "The Core".
