Originally published in two volumes in 1933, this amalgamated edition provides an in-depth description of the hull, deck fittings, and rigging of this famous ship, together with a detailed account of the building of a scale model, which was added to the collection at the Science Museum in South Kensington, London, England.


The first volume gives an account of the ship itself, with plans and full instructions for building the hull, bulwarks, and deck fittings of a scale model.


The second volume describes the masts, spars, and rigging of a scale model, and including the builder's specification for the construction of the original ship.
