The Dreamers

Five middle-aged men who have known each other most of their lives, witness a drive-by shooting at their favorite local pub. The event becomes a giant wake up call, which changes their lives forever.


They know each other like the palms of their own hands. They have shared all there is to share from elementary school, to high school, to college and into their adult lives. They also know each other's dreams. 


The drive-by shooting jars them to the bone and makes them question the shortness of life and the importance of dreams. They decide to rent a large, Victorian mansion on St. Paul's famous Summit Avenue and to follow their dreams. 


This story is about their experience of living under one roof, of diving deeply within, of supporting one another and the heartache of personal loss as they follow four dreams and are shaken by one nightmare.
