THE UNAUTHORIZED BIOGRAPHY OF JOE BLOW: After sending a letter to the President of the United States, a pot bellied, loud mouthed, fast talkin' 1940's style blue collar worker who owns an extermination company called Joe Blow receives a request to expound his views by the President himself, Haywood Maggert, and is challenged to a live country wide debate in order for the President to shed his out-of-touch reputation, only to have it backfire when he finds Joe himself has an eye on the President's chair in order to clean up the Big House and all the vermin with the help of his cronies.
