Ideal for MCs and coaching others

Simple, direct and engaging.

I bought this book to help guide cosching sessions with two new graduate consultants who I am mentoring. It is a perfect resource to cover across the 'big ideas' and tools we use with our clients.

It has also been an invaluable reminder for me about how critical it is to continuously use structured approaches for my own client engagements. Most of these I have seen before but never in one place and explained in simple, direct and engaging ways.

Absolutely worth having in your pocket at all times. *****
