The Fall of Capelburgh

When the Black Death returns to England for the second time George Crandall is ready to stand another siege - but fate conspires that he ends up in Newcastle as the plague reaches that city. With mounting horror he sees the death toll rise and gladly takes to the sea to escape - only to discover that plague is a shipmate! Just when he thinks that things are finally settling down again, nature strikes a deadly blow at Capelburgh and George and his household are lucky to escape with their lives - but the castle will never recover.
