A tragic tale woven into the rich tapestry of Warhammer 40,000.
A must read for all fans of 40k
One of the best of the series
This book really gets into the motivations of logar and has great action as well giving an insight into the realm of chaos.
Even though this story is part of a series it could be a stand alone novel. It's that good. It's rare to see the other side of the story where Imperial dogma is concerned and this story is a refreshing glimpse into why a legion of devout warriors would turn their backs on their beloved Emperor. Did the Father fail the Son? Was the Emperor too harsh or did Lorgar test the patience of his Father too many times? A dramatic, heartbreaking and raw read, you won't regret knowing this story.
