Can’t explain how helpful this book was for us as first time parents! Love Cath’s style and down to earth approach.
I love the easy reading this book has, it's as though Cath was sitting there talking to me, when I was left by the midwives myself. Easy to follow advice, gentle reassurance and explanations to everything! I used Cath's routine BBB for my second baby and have such an amazing little sleeper through this association and have set up an amazing little routine suitable to our family. Great BF advice - wish it was longer the the first 6 weeks!!!
