A lifesaver!

I love the easy reading this book has, it's as though Cath was sitting there talking to me, when I was left by the midwives myself. Easy to follow advice, gentle reassurance and explanations to everything! I used Cath's routine BBB for my second baby and have such an amazing little sleeper through this association and have set up an amazing little routine suitable to our family. Great BF advice - wish it was longer the the first 6 weeks!!!

Out dated dangerous baby advice

This book is full of opinion with minimal scientific evidence based facts. The information in this book in relation to breastfeeding is well outdated and incorrect bordering on dangerous. Instead look up Pinky McKay or Sarah Ockwell-Smith for up to date Safe information.
