Upon returning to New Selene, Wander Locke is hailed as a celebrity by the First Division. Wander feels unworthy of his new status, due to the events that transpired on Epsilon. His chance at redemption arrives in the form of a mission request from President Frost. She asks him to venture to an unexplored planet and rescue a soldier who was captured by powerful and mysterious robots. Wander embarks with the fallen soldier's leader, but soon discovers that the mission is far more complicated than it seems.
