Loved it! Started the book, saw the movie & finished the book. Wanted it to never end. Up till all hours each night. Had to make myself put it down to get some sleep. Laughed & cried.

Was amazing, couldn't put it down. Written with such humor, sadness, regret & illumination! What a wonderful writer, a worthy & necessary subject matter. Let's hope we've all learned from the mistakes made in the past. Lots of tears, & lots of laughs, wish it could have gone one forever. Thank you Kathryn Stockett Blessup!
Amazing.
This book has touched me on so many levels I can't even fathom. At times while reading I had to stop and breathe to overcome the anger I felt from the way the coloured maids were treated but the main emotion I felt was sadness. Especially when I finished the book. I just wish I could've to held onto the characters for a little while longer. Fantastic read!
