The Impossible Library

The house shouldn't exist. Regardless of the years that had passed since she'd visited her hometown, regardless of all the changes to the neighborhood, it was still an impossible house. A house she should not have any memory of. But there it was: a house made perfectly for her, with a library ready to transport her anywhere she should want to go. If she had known that in advance maybe she would've chosen a better book.
