In the novel “The Lady of the Camellias” the main character Marguerite Gautier leads a riotous life. But soon she has to make a hard choice. She refuses her brilliant life in Paris and came over to the countryside with a young lover Armand Duval. But plans for a happy family life can't come true because an idyllic life is broken by Armand's father, who comes to Marguerite to express doubts about her true feelings towards his son. He begs Marguerite to leave Armand in order to save reputation of their family and not to ruin the career of his son. A loving woman should perform a feat in the name of love…
