The Little Hyena

That’s the dilemma faced by a hyena in author Jennifer Lohrfink Morfea’s The Little Hyena. Because he does not want to laugh at others, like the members of his pack do, they turn on him. Now, those he thought were friends bully him and don’t want to play with him anymore.


The Little Hyena tells how he remains true to himself while deflecting the bullying. Learn how he makes the situation best for himself, those being bullied, and the greater good. Told in rhyme and with illustrations by Erik Draw, the story is entertaining while teaching a valuable lesson.
