Not really helpful
Although there are some great recipes and nutritional information there is also a lot of unnecessary fear mongering. I also would have liked more information on how long the recipes could be stored in the fridge for and which ones were suitable for freezing. Also missing was what to include in a complete lunch box - ratio of protein/dairy/grains/fruit/veges for morning tea and lunch.
