APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
An iBooks Best of 2016 pick. Australian writer Caroline Overington finds a wickedly entertaining way to shatter the myth of the perfect marriage. The book starts with the news that doting wife and mother Loren Wynne-Estes has gone missing while on a romantic cruise with her husband, David. Loren’s father and sister are initially shocked, then suspicious. As Overington shifts between different characters’ perspectives, she sets off all kinds of warning signs for us, too. Loren herself might be the most untrustworthy narrator of all—The One Who Got Away makes the not-knowing lots of fun.

A great read!
If you are a fan of Gone Girl and Girl on a Train, I'm certain you will enjoy this one. I couldn't put it down and read it in a day!!
Enjoyable.
A well written tale with a well disguised finale.
Boring
The way this was written was horrible, and the plot itself was very predictable and anticlimactic. I was more keen on finishing the book just so I could be rid of it. Not worth the read at all. In a word; boring.
